• Final decisions regarding solar panel installation are the responsibility of the homeowner
• We recommend consulting with licensed solar installers and financial advisors before making decisions
• Information about the "Big Beautiful Bill" and other incentives is subject to change based on government policies
• We are not responsible for changes in federal, state, or local solar incentive programs

6. Lead Generation & Marketing Services

For solar companies and representatives using our lead generation services:

• Leads are provided "as-is" and we do not guarantee conversion rates
• Lead quality is determined by our qualification criteria, but results may vary
• Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable telemarketing and consumer protection laws
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion
• Payment terms for leads and services are as agreed in separate service agreements
• Refund policies, if applicable, are outlined in individual service contracts

7. Communication & Consent

By using our services and providing your contact information:

• You consent to receive communications from us via phone, email, or text message
• This consent applies to marketing materials, service updates, and appointment confirmations

• Any unauthorized access to or use of your personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of our services
• Any errors or omissions in our content or services
• Any decisions made based on information provided through our services
• Any interactions with solar installers, companies, or third parties we connect you with

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solar Care Connect, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding our services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Solar Care Connect. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Oregon, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
